Terms & Conditions of Shadow Aura:

• ShadowAura is not responsible for any infringements are violations of any law pertaining to copyrights of any material (photos, Text etc) given by customer, once launched in public.
• All the TV and Web based projects are changeable by customers request during the Project Development period, after the development of project changes will be charged with the listed packages.
• ShadowAura will not make changes to any third party tools on customer’s request.
• Project will be started only after 60% of the full Package Payment. Remaining ammount should be paid after 5 days of the full project.
• ShadowAura is allowed to Past Customer’s project link in their Gallery or Customer’s list.
• Any Web project made by ShadowAura, ShadowAura is allowed to paste http://www.shadowaura.com, in the bottom of all the pages, as a referral.
• Every Website project customer will receive 3 Demos free after that customer will be charged on every Demo. After Selecting the Demo Customer has to pay 60% of the full project payment, to start the project.
• TV ads and Graphics Designing Project’s prices may vary according to project.
• “Web Site” projects and “Portfolio, Picture, Video Galleries etc” are not part of Web Site project and charged separately and differently according to Product and Services.
• 3rd party applications web projects which ShadowAura offers like “WordPress Blog Site, PHPBB Forums etc” are not completely editable, customer can not force ShadowAura to make changes which are not allowed by 3rd Party.
• Shadow Aura is not responsible for any project after the support period, but after support period software and web projects repairs will be charged according to our packages.
• All the emails are like history of project development, all the customers’ requests will only be received by email services.
